* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Some residents in the Winchester Road area
may need to be evacuated. Property damage begins in some areas at
this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 16.2 feet and rising.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.6 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
Thursday afternoon.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...Until late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county
roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont
High School becomes necessary.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:35 AM EDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet and steady.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 23.5 feet today
and then begin slowly falling. It will eventually fall below
flood stage  by Friday.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
