limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Shoals.

* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, High water affects low residential areas
on left bank at Shoals. Some evacuations or moving of mobile homes
is necessary. Local roads flood more extensively. Rural residents
move livestock and equipment to high ground. SR 550 floods on
right bank and also between Trinity and Dover Hill.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 26.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 PM EDT Thursday was 27.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Monday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River near Bedford.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Extensive lowland flooding is in
progress.  Bedford boat club is accessed by boat only.  Some local
residents walk to their homes.  Several roads are closed including
SR 450 east of Williams and Stumphole Bridge Rd. in Western
Lawrence County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 25.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM EDT Thursday was 25.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Tuesday evening and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.

new Williams Bridge. SR 450 closes in several locations. Most
local roads in the flood plain are impassable at this level.
Huron-Williams Road flooded south of Port Williams Road.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, All county roads across or located in the
East Fork White River flood plain flood.  Flooding of agricultural
land becomes extensive. The county road on northside of gage
floods and gage may be inaccessible except by boat. Local
residents in nearby river cabins must park on higher grounds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 25.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 PM EDT Thursday was 27.9 feet.
