* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central Indiana including the following
counties, in central Indiana, Bartholomew, Decatur, Hancock,
Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Rush and Shelby. In east
central Indiana, Henry. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson,
Lawrence and Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest
Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin and Sullivan. In west
central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall of 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts
in the past 48 hours along with an additional inch possible
this morning may lead to renewed areal flooding in the watch
area.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, A major flood is in progress. Evacuations
may be necessary near Rockford, near Brownstown and at Shields
Town. Shields Town is located about 6 miles west of Seymour and
according to local residents is a collection of river cabins.  At
this level residents generally leave. Many roads are flooded,
including Lower Rockford Road just south of Reddington Road.
Seventy percent of the flood plain in Jackson County is
underwater, an agricultural disaster during the growing season.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 17.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:45 PM EST Wednesday was 17.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.9
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Columbus.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Extensive agricultural flooding from
Columbus area downstream to Walesboro. Flooding of SR 11 from
Columbus to Walesboro is in progress. Businesses and residences
flood along SR 11. Mill Race Park and Tellman Road extensively
flooded. CR 325 W south of Lowell Rd and local roads just north of
West Hill Shopping Center flooded. According to Columbus Response
Plan, Southern Gladstone Avenue is flooded. This is likely because
of backwater from the East Fork White.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 AM EST Thursday the stage was 9.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:00 AM EST Thursday was 9.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.8
feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
late Saturday evening.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* WHEN...Until 815 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1119 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Westport, Elizabethtown, Jonesville, Millhousen, Letts,
Grammer, Country Squire Lakes, Azalia and Newpoint.
