...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Allen IN, Huntington and Whitley. * WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Wayne, New Haven, Columbia City, Tri-lakes, Huntertown, Churubusco, South Whitley, Woodburn, Monroeville, Grabill, Aboite, Leo-cedarville, Middletown, Roanoke, Zanesville, Dixon, Larwill, Arcola, Rolling Hills and Wallen. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
