Fort Ouiatenon grounds begin to flood. Flooding at the Grandville Public Access site. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 AM EDT Thursday was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet tomorrow evening.
