agricultural flooding occurs.

- At 5:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 11.6 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
