* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Tippecanoe River at Oakdale Dam at Lake Freeman near
Yeoman.

* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18,000.0 cfs, Extensive flooding with some
evacuations and property damage with flows from Oakdale Dam
between 18,000 and 22,000 cubic feet per second.  Major flooding
may develop.  All local roads along the Tippecanoe River in
Carroll, White and Tippecanoe counties flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 AM EDT Wednesday the flow was 8,850.0 cfs.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
morning to 18,800.0 cfs this evening. It will then fall below
flood stage tomorrow morning to 8,100.0 cfs early Friday
afternoon. It will rise to 8,300.0 cfs early Saturday
morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood
stage.
- Flood flow is 13,000.0 cfs.

* WHERE...Tippecanoe River near Delphi.

* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 11.8 feet, Extensive flooding along the Tippecanoe
River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning
to 11.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall
below flood stage early Friday afternoon to 7.7 feet early
Saturday morning. It will rise to 7.8 feet early Saturday
afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
