* WHERE...Adams and Allen IN Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Visibilities are expected to drop to one quarter of a mile or less
at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog across far northwest Ohio will
track across portions of Allen and Adams County in northeast
Indiana through daybreak. Be prepared for the potential of rapidly
deteriorating visibilities early this morning.
