* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 837 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
already occurring. Between 1.75 and 3.25 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Plainfield, Greencastle, Mooresville, Danville, Avon,
Cloverdale, Brooklyn, Monrovia, Clayton, Bainbridge,
Fillmore, Coatesville, Amo, Stilesville, Bethany, Little
Point, Belle Union, Eminence, Groveland and Lake Hart.

* Until 900 AM EDT Thursday.

* At 255 AM EDT, Putnam County dispatch reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Local dispatch reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
