In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown and Monroe. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
