* WHERE...Wabash River at Covington.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Lanes to river residences west of South
River Road south of Covington flooded.  Sandhill Road at Mud Run
just northeast of Covington begins to flood.  Extensive lowland
flooding in progress.  Higher bottomlands flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 20.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM EDT Sunday was 20.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
