become necessary. The campground and town park in Winamac are
flooded.

- At 4:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 8.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 11.4 feet
early Monday afternoon.
