...Areas of snow and blowing snow continue this afternoon... The combination of gusty west winds and lake effect snow showers will continue to create difficult travel in spots this afternoon. Visibilities will likely be reduced to a quarter of a mile in heavier snow showers. Additional snow accumulations will generally be an inch or less. However, the very gusty winds will continue to allow for blowing and drifting. Motorists should exercise caution and allow for extra time to reach their destination.
