...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Leaverton Park in Palestine and park in
Hutsonville begin to flood.  Agricultural flooding spreads to
higher land.  Seep water is noticeable behind levees.  Some
elevated river cottages are surrounded by water.  Several county
or township roads east of Lincoln Heritage Trail between Palestine
and Hutsonville in Crawford County Illinois are impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.8
feet Friday, April 10.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Terre Haute.

* WHEN...Until Monday, April 13.

* IMPACTS...At 21.5 feet, All of the area on the west side of the
Wabash River is flooded from Sugar Creek to U.S. 40 and I-70.
South Lake becomes part of the wetland project.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM EDT Friday /7:30 PM CDT Friday/ the stage was 17.0
feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 PM EDT Friday /7:30 PM CDT Friday/ was 17.0
feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.5
feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday, April 13.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Extensive flooding is in progress.  Higher
rural roads begin to flood.  High water isolates many river
cabins.  Seep water becomes a problem.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EDT Friday /8:00 PM CDT Friday/ the stage was 13.6
feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 19.5 feet
Friday, April 10.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
