At 146 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located east of the Harrison-Dever Crib, moving
east at 20 knots, with additional thunderstorms farther offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

- Forecast...The river is expected to crest of near 17.0 feet
early on Saturday.

Lincolnshire gauge.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Residences threatened east of the river
just south of IL-22 (Half-Day Road). Lincolnshire Drive threatened
at Wiltshire Lane.
At 15.0 feet, Structures threatened along IL-22 (Half-Day Road)
just east of the river. Multiple structures threatened near and
west of US-45 (Milwaukee Avenue) and Deerfield Road. Deerfield
Road threatened near the river. Multiple trails inundated in
Half-Day Forest Preserve.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river expected to crest near 14.5 feet on
Friday.
- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
