Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north to south roads through open and exposed areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind-whipped snow showers Sunday night through Monday morning may result in locally hazardous travel conditions.
