...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT TRAVEL OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS THIS EVENING... Patchy dense fog is expected across portions of central Illinois, including Galesburg, Peoria, Bloomington, and Champaign. Visibility will be generally one half to one mile but may briefly fall below one quarter mile this evening, leading to potentially hazardous travel conditions. Expect rapid changes in visibility over short distances. Be sure to slow down if you encounter dense fog. Use low beam headlights if driving, and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
