* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Low-lying trails in Wright Woods Forest
Preserve are inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and crest near 12.7 feet Thursday
morning. It is then expected to fall below flood stage early
Friday morning.
