* WHERE...Portions of south central Illinois, including the following
areas, Clinton IL, Marion IL and Washington IL and southeast
Missouri, including the following areas, Iron MO, Madison MO and
Reynolds MO.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall moving over the same
locations could produce flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 1-3
inches are expected with locally higher amounts up to 6 inches
possible.

rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Life threatening flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms produced
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Kinmundy, Patoka, Farina, Omega, Stephen Forbes Station, Fairman,
Alma, Vernon and Brubaker.
