* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...In Illinois, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Marion IL, Washington
IL, Monroe IL, Randolph IL, and Saint Clair IL Counties. In
Missouri, Madison MO, Saint Francois MO, and Sainte Genevieve MO
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will change rapidly in short
distances. Drivers should be remain vigilant, especially when
approaching low lying areas and areas adjacent to rivers, where fog
is likely to be more dense than outlying locations.
