Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 138 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered torrential rainfall producing thunderstorms across the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the areas that receive the heaviest rain.
