Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are developing along a stalled surface front. Atmospheric conditions are favorable for heavy rainfall with localized rainfall rates exceeding 2 inches per hour late this evening through the overnight.
