prison farm floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.9 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
