* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall overnight continues to
be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas,
Bureau, Carroll, Henry IL, Jo Daviess, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island,
Stephenson and Whiteside and Iowa, including the following areas,
Benton, Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Iowa, Jackson,
Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott and
Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area
creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy
rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rains have ended over the area, but many area creeks are
running high and in some cases, are flooding this morning. This
areal flooding will continue this morning, with additional
rainfall amounts under one quarter inch.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River near Joslin.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of unprotected agricultural land
occurs. Water also affects Lundeens Landing Campground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.3 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Monday afternoon to a crest of 13.3 feet Tuesday afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
