* IMPACTS...At 15.5 feet, Water threatens lower sections of the
water treatment plant property in Byron. Water threatens IL-2 west
of Byron.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise toward a crest of
15.3 feet tomorrow evening. It is then expected to slowly
fall through next week.
