* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to Saturday, April 11.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry
along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Tuesday afternoon to a crest of 23.3 feet early Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream
to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Lower parking lot at Starved Rock State
Park is inundated east of La Salle. High water levels begin to
impact shipping interests along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 AM CDT Saturday was 21.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.4
feet early Monday morning. It will then fall below flood
stage near the end of next week.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
