Southeastern DuPage County in northeastern Illinois... Kendall County in northeastern Illinois... Northern Will County in northeastern Illinois... Northern Lake IN County in northwestern Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. High water may recede slowly from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 939 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is occurring in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Heavy rain has ended, though light rain showers may persist through the remainder of the morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
