Winds could gust up to 25 mph. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
