...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 AM CDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will. * WHEN...Until 130 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 955 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
