Will County in northeastern Illinois... * Until 1230 PM CDT. * At 937 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with rainfall rates up to 3 inches per hour. Up to 3 inches of rainfall was reported from these storms near Ottawa. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
