accumulations ranging from 1 to 4 inches over lesser hit portions
of the county to locally 4 to 8 inches expected in the hardest hit
areas.

* IMPACTS...Untreated roads, and especially bridges and overpasses,

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is often very localized,
