* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central
Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois,
De Witt, Marshall, McLean, Peoria, Piatt, Stark, Tazewell and
Woodford. In east central Illinois, Champaign and Vermilion. In
west central Illinois, Fulton and Knox.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain has fallen across portions of central Illinois
over the past few days, including a streak of 3 to 7 inches,
locally higher, that fell over the past 24 hours from Canton
to Bloomington to Danville. Showers and thunderstorms will
produce an additional 1 to 3 inches of rain into the morning
across portions of central Illinois. Saturated grounds will
lead to rapid runoff from any additional rainfall. Flash
flooding and rapid rises on area rivers and streams are
possible.

* WHERE...Mackinaw River near Congerville.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible
this evening and overnight in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bloomington, Normal, Le Roy, Heyworth, Danvers, Downs,
McLean, Stanford, Ellsworth, Central Illinois Regional

* WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following
county, McLean.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow
moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 515 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible
this evening and overnight in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Colfax, Saybrook, Bellflower, Arrowsmith, Cropsey and Anchor.
