Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois and Ford.

* Timing...From 10 AM CDT this morning through this evening.

* Winds...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 20 percent.

* Impacts...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
