* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday, July 21.

* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry begins
flooding just east of the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 25.9 feet Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday, July 20.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
