* WHAT...Flooding caused by slow moving thunderstorms producing
torrential rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including
the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east
central Illinois, Ford and Iroquois.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads
and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 956 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Paxton, Gibson City, Melvin, Loda, Elliott, Sibley, Strawn
and Clarence.
