Localized snow rates in excess of 2 inches per hour, event snow totals in excess of 6 inches, and northerly wind gusts in excess of 35 mph are possible. * WHERE...Eastern Will County. * WHEN...From late Sunday night through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Untreated roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, may become slick and hazardous. The combination of snow rates in excess of 2 inches per hour and northerly wind gusts in excess of 35 mph may greatly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is often very localized, with conditions varying from safe to dangerous across just a few miles.
