* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of western Livingston County.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads
and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 236 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
While the steadiest rainfall has ended, lingering areas of
flooding may persist for a while longer.
