Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1020 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated the heaviest rainfall had shifted south of the area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over the area this evening.
