Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be difficult in open areas and on north to south oriented roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sporadic localized gusts around 60 mph are possible by early afternoon, especially near the Wisconsin state line PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
