The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Central Cook, DuPage, Eastern Will, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kankakee, Livingston, Northern Cook, Northern Will, Southern Cook and Southern Will and northwest Indiana, including the following areas, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton and Porter. While additional rainfall will occur this morning, particularly east of I-57, amounts will largely remain under a half inch. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 10 AM CDT /11 AM EDT/ this morning.
