Winds gusting to around 45 to 50 mph at times is resulting in blowing and drifting snow. Visibility may be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times. Use caution if traveling this morning and be alert to slippery roads along with low or rapidly changing visibility. Allow extra time to reach your destination safely.
