* WHAT...West to northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
mph expected.

* WHERE...In Illinois, Mercer, Rock Island, Hancock, Henderson,
McDonough, and Warren Counties. In Iowa, Scott, Des Moines, and
Lee Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM CST this morning.
For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 3 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects,
including holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and
a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected north
of I-80.
