Douglas County in east central Illinois... * Until 1230 PM CDT. * At 1145 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Tuscola, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Tuscola around 1150 AM CDT. Camargo around 1155 AM CDT. Newman around 1205 PM CDT.
