In west central Illinois, Fulton and Knox. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Two to three inches of rainfall has occurred across the watch area portions of central Illinois Friday evening.
