* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north
campground closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Sunday morning and continue rising to 18.0 feet Thursday
evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, including
the following counties, in central Illinois, Marshall, Mason,
McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford. In west central
Illinois, Fulton and Knox.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Two to three inches of rainfall has occurred across the watch
area portions of central Illinois Friday evening. Additional
rainfall amounts overnight into Saturday morning are expected
to be up to 1 to 2 inches. This could cause flooding
conditions for area cities and rural roads.
