Thursday. Fog will be locally dense, reducing the visibility to a
quarter mile or less. Drivers should be prepared for sudden
restrictions of visibility and allow for extra following distance.
With temperatures near or below freezing, frost may form on
roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. Watch for icy patches,
especially in outlying areas and untreated surfaces.
