...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE BIG ROCK BURN SCAR REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON AND SOUTH CENTRAL MADISON COUNTIES... At 1132 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing moderate to heavy rain over the Big Rock Burn Scar have subsided at the moment. However, there can be a delay between rainfall ending and any ongoing or potential flooding subsiding. Other showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates exceeding 0.25 inches may impact the burn scar in the next 60 to 90 minutes. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. This will result in debris flows consisting of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
