* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Gooding County in south central Idaho...
Northwestern Twin Falls County in south central Idaho...
Southeastern Elmore County in southwestern Idaho...
East Central Owyhee County in southwestern Idaho...

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over
roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 949 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glenns Ferry, Deadman Flat, King Hill, Twentymile Butte, Blair
Trail Reservoir and White Arrow Hot Spring.
