The strongest winds will be south of Boise near Mountain Home and Glenn's Ferry. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho. * WHEN...From noon to 9 PM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong to damaging winds will blow down tree branches. Some power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust will cause impacts to visibility, mainly in the Lower Snake Plain.
