...Strong Southerly Winds this Afternoon and Early Evening... Strong south-southwesterly winds will continue this afternoon through the early evening hours, with occasional gusts as high as 45 mph. There are also some developing showers and a few isolated thunderstorms this afternoon that could help generate stronger wind gusts up to 50 mph. If traveling on east-to-west oriented roads, be prepared for gusty crosswinds, especially in high profile vehicles. Secure all loose objects. Winds will begin to diminish by mid-evening.

Water affects the lowest sections of campgrounds just north of I-80 along the river and the lowest sections of Jack Shuger Memorial Park in Moscow. Water is also on 152nd Street north of County Road F70. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The river has crested. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall today before going below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. &&
